Richard Garcia is currently at the Kings County Sheriff's office Law Enforcement Bureau unit. With over 22 years of experience working for the City of New York, he joined the New York City Sheriff's department in 2016. He along with some great developers are responsible for the development of the union's newly created website and social media outlets. He takes great pride in being in this elected position and believes if you want to make great changes in anything, you must apply yourself. He was elected Advocate on January 1, 2019 and represents all members of the association in any disputes and concerns.
